How recovery works

Once a server is cancelled, its files are deleted, but its backups are kept for 30 days. Within that window, and while the data still exists, we can arrange a restore. To locate your old server we need its Console URL from your browser history, which contains the Server ID and old IP. Because the window is short, treat this as urgent.

1. Open a ticket as soon as possible.

3. If it's within the retention window and the data still exists, we can arrange a restore (a restore fee may apply on entry plans).
