When you'd like our team to work directly on your server, the safe way is a scoped subuser — never your password. You add us by email, grant the access the task needs, and remove us when it's done. It's limited, revocable, and secure.

The safe way to share access

Subuser access lets you hand over exactly the permissions a task requires and take them back afterward. We'll never need — or ask for — your panel password.

Granting support access

  1. Open the Sub-users page and invite us by the email we give you.
  2. Grant the permissions the task needs — usually Console and Files, plus more if we ask.
  3. Once the issue is resolved, remove the subuser from the Sub-users page.

Warning: We will never ask for your panel password. Subuser access is safe, limited, and fully revocable.

Frequently asked questions

Is it okay to grant full permissions? You can tick all the boxes temporarily if a task needs it — just revoke the access when we're done.
