Billing lives in the client area (https://humbleservers.com/client/billing/invoices), and most page issues — failed add-funds, a cart you can't edit, or a held balance — clear up quickly. Here's how to sort them out.

Where billing lives

Everything to do with paying is under My Bills in the client area: Invoices, Credit (your balance and Add funds), Payment methods and Orders. Paying an invoice by card or PayPal, adding funds and adding a card open our secure payment page from there, so it's normal for that step to look a little different. Many "page issues" are simply cache or browser quirks, so a couple of quick checks resolve most of them before you ever need to reach out.

How to fix billing-page issues

1. Log in at https://humbleservers.com/client/login and open My Bills — your invoices are listed under Invoices.
2. If the payment page doesn't open, allow pop-ups for humbleservers.com, then try a hard refresh, a different browser, or a private/incognito window to rule out cache or extensions.
3. For a stuck payment, a held balance, or a cart you can't edit, message the team from Get Help (https://humbleservers.com/client/support/chat) with the invoice number and we'll take it from there.
