These guides fall into two halves: getting a world onto the server, and getting it back after something goes wrong. For the first, uploading your own world is the common case, and importing from another host covers migrations.
For the second, backups run automatically on every plan, so restoring or rolling back is usually enough. If someone has griefed the server, this guide is the faster path, and it is worth reading how to prevent it once you are back up.
