Can I cancel one specific server when I have multiple?
If you run more than one service with us, you can cancel just the one you no longer need and keep the rest running.
Each service is separate
Every service on your account is billed and cancelled on its own. Cancelling one has no effect on your other servers.
How to cancel a specific server
- Open that server from My Servers in the client area (https://humbleservers.com/client) and go to its Billing page.
- Choose Request cancellation for that service only (or name it clearly in a billing ticket).
Tip: Note the server's IP or name in your request so there's no mix-up about which one you mean.
