You don't need to choose between sites any more. Your servers, bills, support messages and account settings are all in the client area at https://humbleservers.com/client, and that's the one login to use.

How to log in

  1. Open https://humbleservers.com/client/login.
  2. Enter your billing email (the one you order and pay with) and its password. Your panel email or username and panel password work in the same form: billing and panel accounts both work there.
  3. If your panel account has two-factor login on, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app when asked.

You can also continue with Google, Discord, GitHub, Steam or a passkey. Manage these under My Account → Security.

What you'll find there

  • My Servers: console, files, backups, settings, databases, schedules, sub-users and more.
  • My Bills: invoices, account credit, renewals and payment methods. Paying by card or PayPal opens a secure payment page from the invoice.
  • Get Help: message the team, follow your conversations and search the help center.

Tip: For a second step at login, add a passkey under My Account → Security: your fingerprint, face or screen lock, with nothing to type.

If it says your account doesn't exist

  1. Check you're using the email you ordered with (or your panel username): a different email means a different account.
  2. Use Forgot password? on the login page: it offers a reset for your billing account or your panel account.
  3. Still stuck? Message the team from https://humbleservers.com/client/support/chat/new?direct=1. It works without logging in: just give your email.

Frequently asked questions

Do I still need the panel or the billing site? No. For everyday use the client area covers your servers, invoices and support. Your SFTP password is still your panel password, and you can set it from the client area: your server → Files → SFTP → Set SFTP password. Servers someone else shared with you (sub-user access) are under My Servers → Shared, with the tools the owner allowed you.

Do I need separate passwords for each? Your billing account and your panel account each keep their own password, but either one logs you in to the client area, so you only need the one you use.
