How do I cancel my server, and do I keep access to what I've already paid for?
Cancelling is straightforward, and you're in control of the timing — cancel immediately or let the service run to the end of your billing cycle.
How to cancel
- Open the server from My Servers in the client area (https://humbleservers.com/client), go to its Billing page and choose Request cancellation (or open a billing ticket).
- Choose immediate cancellation, or end-of-cycle so you keep using the server until the period you've paid for runs out.
Keeping access to what you've paid for
Choosing end-of-cycle means you don't lose any time you've already paid for — your server keeps running right up until the paid period ends.
Warning: Once a server is cancelled, its files are permanently deleted. Download anything you want to keep first.
Tip: If you've paid through the end of the month, choose end-of-cycle so you get the full value.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to my files? They're deleted on cancellation. A later restore (if a backup exists) costs $5 and needs the old server IP and console link.
I have several servers — can I cancel just one? Yes, each service is cancelled individually. Just specify which one in your request.
